SHIPPING 

DOMESTIC 
We offer nation wide shipping using Sendle and Aus Post. Shipping is a flat rate of $8 (due to the increase in Aus Post prices) or free when you spend $200 or more.

Shipping prices are inclusive of packaging and handling fees. 

INTERNATIONAL 
International shipping is currently unavailable.

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping charges are subject to change. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

FAULTY ITEMS 
If you believe a product you have received is faulty please contact us within 24 hours. You will be asked to provide details and/or a photo. We will then assess your item and work to rectify the issue. If a resolution can not be made we will then provide a refund. 

REFUNDS 
Refunds will only be given when all previous avenues have been exhausted. You, the customer, are required to return the product to us within 7 days at your own cost. Only once the item has been received by us will we issue a refund. Refunds are to be issued via the same method of payment and we will include the return shipping costs if a receipt is provided. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund for change of mind or if a product has been misused and not for its intended purpose. 

LOST/LATE DELIVERIES 
Little Timber Tribe take no responsibility for late or lost deliveries. We utilise third party courier services and cannot guarantee our products once they have left us and are in transit. Although we will do our best to rectify the issue we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. 

DAMAGED ITEMS 
Little Timber Tribe cannot be held responsible for any damage caused on our products during transit. We utilise third party courier services and as such cannot provide any type of warranty or guarantee that damage will not occur. 

PLEASE NOTE: All our products are checked thoroughly prior to delivery and are packaged safely and securely to try and avoid any such instances. 

RETURNED DELIVERIES 
If a product was unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address another postage fee payable by the customer will apply to resend. If this occurs we will contact you to discuss your options. 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
